End User License Agreement (EULA)
The terms under which you may use the games and other products of BisteccaGames. They add to the agreement of the store you got them from, such as Valve’s Steam Subscriber Agreement, and do not replace it.
In force from 30 September 2026.
Who grants the license
This agreement applies to all the games and other products published by BisteccaGames (below, the game), works by Niccolo Calderazzo, sole proprietor, VAT IT07156410487, Italy (the licensor). For any question, write to [email protected].
The license
The game is not sold to you: it is licensed to you. Buying it gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and play it for private, non-commercial use, with your store account and under the store’s terms.
All rights in the game that this agreement does not expressly grant you, including those in its original code, models, music, images and texts, are reserved.
What you may not do
You may not copy, distribute, upload or make available the game or any part of it outside the store you got it from, including modified or cracked copies.
You may not sell, rent, lend or sublicense it, or exploit it commercially, except as the store allows, such as Steam Family Sharing, and as allowed below for videos, streams and screenshots.
You may not circumvent, disable or remove the store’s protection or the game’s other technical measures, or decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer it.
You may not extract the game’s models, music, images, texts or code to use them elsewhere, including to train artificial intelligence systems, or distribute modified versions of the game or its files.
In games with online parts, you may not use cheats, bots, exploits or programs that alter the game to gain an advantage or disrupt others.
You may not remove or alter copyright notices and credits.
Videos, streams and screenshots
You may take screenshots, record the game, publish videos of it and stream it, including earning money through the platforms’ monetization, as long as it is clear which game it is. You may not sell the recordings as a product in themselves, or present them as your own work.
What belongs to no one, or to others
Some elements of a game may be in the public domain or belong to third parties: they follow their own licenses, listed in the game’s credits. This agreement does not restrict the use of anything in the public domain.
The rights the law gives you
Nothing in this agreement limits the rights the law gives anyone who lawfully uses a program: making a backup copy where it is needed for use, observing and studying how it works, decompiling it for interoperability, within the limits of Articles 64-ter and 64-quater of Italian Law 633/1941 and the corresponding rules of the country where you live.
The consumer protections that cannot be excluded also remain in place, including the legal guarantees on digital content (Articles 135-octies and following of the Italian Consumer Code).
Updates
The licensor may update the game to fix errors, improve it or keep it compatible with the systems it runs on. Updates come through the store at no extra cost, and the legal protections on changes to digital content remain in place (Article 135-vicies semel of the Italian Consumer Code).
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the licensor is not liable for damage caused by using the game in breach of this agreement or by changes made to it by others. Liability for intent, gross negligence and personal injury is never excluded.
Health
Some games contain flashes of light. If you or anyone in your family has had epilepsy or seizures triggered by light, ask a doctor before playing, and stop at once if you feel dizzy or notice altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, or disorientation.
Minors
If you are a minor, you need the consent of a parent or guardian, who should take the game’s age rating into account.
Privacy
How personal data is handled is set out in the privacy notice at https://bisteccagames.com/privacy.
Duration
The license lasts as long as the game stays on your account. If you seriously breach this agreement the license ends, and you must stop using the game and delete your copies. The points on ownership, liability and applicable law remain valid afterwards.
The store
The purchase, payments and refunds are governed by the store you got the game from: on Steam, by Valve, through the Steam Subscriber Agreement and its refund policy. This agreement only concerns the use of the game.
Changes to this agreement
If this agreement changes, the new version is presented to you by the store and applies from when you accept it; until then the version you accepted remains valid. Changes never apply to the past.
Law and courts
This agreement is governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country where you live remain in place, and disputes belong to the courts of the place where you reside or are domiciled.
If a clause of this agreement turns out to be void or unenforceable, the others remain valid.
The agreement is written in Italian and in English: if in doubt, the Italian version prevails.
